POPE'S ROSARY GOLDSTONE

The GOLDSTONE is a man-made gemstone obtained by mixing copper with gold glass particles. According to the legend, the beautiful stone was accidentally created by an Italian monk in the Middle Ages while making glasses for his monastery, when he inadvertently spilled some copper into molten glass. It is also called Monk-stone, for the above-mentioned legend, and Star-stone, for its starry internal reflections. It is said to promote creativity, solidarity, and sincerity, and to dispel bad temper and grouchiness.
